Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification is Civil Engineering diploma.
- With additional certified training as quantity surveyor.
- Proficient in quantity take-off from engineering drawings.
- Preparation of bills of quantities.
- Preparation of monthly valuations and claims for variations.
- Must have sufficient knowledge of contract conditions.
- Must be fluent in English language.
- Minimum experience required is 6 years in quantity surveying.
- Experience in estimation and in GCC countries is preferred.
- Bachelors degree holders preferred.
- Age between 27 and 40 years.
