Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance (MBSL) seeks to recruit dynamic results oriented individuals with a proven track record to the following position of Pawning Officer.
PAWNING OFFICER — Island wide
Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC, a public quoted company and the pioneer Merchant Bank in Sri Lanka which offers a wide range of financial services and products including Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, Leasing, Pawning, Corporate & Retail Credit facilities etc. The Bank seeks to recruit dynamic results oriented individuals with a proven track record to the following position.
Duties
- The candidates should have a knowledge on evaluation of gold content in gold articles.
- Determine the proper lending value allowed against them.
- As well as effective communication skills in order to provide exceptional customer service.
- Requires the ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
Requirements
- G C E (A/L) Examination with 3 passes.
- G C E (0/L) examination with 5 Credit Passes including Maths and English.
- Minimum one year experience in the relevant field.
- Fluency in English and Tamil would be definite advantage.
- Between 18 — 25 years of age.
