Engineer - Electronic
Our Client, a well-established global manufacturer of surgical gloves is in search of a "Safety Health Engineer" for their 801 enterprise located in Seethawaka Export Processing Zone, Avissawella.
Duties
- Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions in order to mitigate the impact & effect of emergencies.
- Develop hazard control designs.
- Methods, procedures and programmes.
- Measure, audit and evaluate the effectiveness of hazard controls.
- Hazard control programmes.
- Coordinate OSHAS & EMS related functions.
- Maintain acceptable level of work environment/conditions for employees.
Requirements
- Should be a Graduate in Engineering - Electronic.
- Having a Diploma in NIOSH will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager in the Polymer / Rubber industry.
- Hands on experience in OSHAS i800i & ISO 14001.
- Have excellent command in English language both written & oral.
- A team member with strong leadership and problem solving skills.
