Production Management Trainees

Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be trained in all aspects of knitwear production prior to assuming responsibility for a chosen department.  You will then be responsible for managing all aspects of production, from raw material management to quality, efficiency and HR management.  In addition you will be responsible for micro-planning of the department and communication of departmental performance to Board level on a daily basis.  You will also be assigned ad-hoc investigation projects.  The role requires energy, attention to detail, along with good organization, leadership and administration skills.  Responsibility will depend on the successful candidates’ ability and appetite for challenge.

Requirements

·         Be a good team player and capable of working across all levels of the Company;

·         Degree or Diploma in Clothing Manufacture from a recognized Institute;

·         Recent graduate or with up to 3 years’ production management experience in apparel or related field.

·         Excellent administration, organization and analytical skills;

·         A good communicator and conversant in English.

·         Experience in using Excel spreadsheets.
