Foreman - Joinery works

Duties

• Extensive hands-on experience on various construction projects preferably.
• With experience in hotels and residences turnkey interior projects.
• Ability to manage workers/ subcontractors and assigning area to work.
• Ability to provide technical support for the installers.
• Onsite markings as per the shop drawings and general idea on Civil.
• MEP works to ensure proper interface coordination onsite. 
• Maintain records of manpower allocation, material usage, quantity of work done etc.
• Ensure safety of the workers.
• Maintaining a safe working environment as per the set guidelines.
• Regular liaise with safety officers to understand site safety plans and monitor performance.
• Inspect the quality of the work and make corrective and preventive action as necessary.
• Communicate clearly with sub-contractors.
• Other contractors and company management.
• Coordinate the requirements.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience (executing high end Hotel Fit-Out Projects).
• Outstanding influencing skills.
• The ability to work well in both team oriented and self-directed environments.
