Quantum Clothing Lanka (Pvt) Ltd looking for a suitable candidate for the post of maintenance manager.
Maintenance Manager
Quantum Clothing India is relatively new factory set up by the group for the manufacture of Lingerie for Marks & Spencer and other leading brand of apparel. The factory employs over 2,000 people and works to the highest international standards including ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and from and ethical standpoint both to WRAP & ETI.
Duties
- Guide the Maintenance team to carry out all the Electrical and Mechanical Machine maintenance in the vicinity.
- On time service on Cutting equipment/Generators/AC to avoid major breakdown.
- Maintain on effective system to identify maintenance requirement of the Factory.
- Initiatives on Energy saving and water reduction projects.
- Maintain the safe electrical supply throughout the Factory.
- Consider most effective and efficient Machineries when purchasing new Machineries.
- Carried out the Maintenance function to meet all the compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in the field of Electrical & Mechanical will be an added advantage.
- 3-5 year experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
