Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in building construction.
- Capable of setting out.
- Preparing bar schedules.
- Preparing daily reports is a must.
- Definite requirement to handle labours.
- Carry out the site works according to the program.
- Given drawings & BOQ.
- Team work & coordination are another two highly required skills.
- Communication skills in Singhala or English.
- Computer skills would be an added advantage.
- Certificate or an equal qualification in the Civil Engineering field would be an added advantage.
- Previous working certificates & character certificates are other requirements.
