Duties
- Handle all operational and maintenance systems to ensure quality standards.
- Preparing statistic report generation.
- Coordinate with other departments to troubleshoot customer problems.
Requirements
- Should have a B.Sc in Electronics and Telecommunication
- MBA or M.Sc. will be an added advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in similar position.
- Experience in AMDOCS Billing system is compulsory.
- Good knowledge in IP(Internet Protocols) Communication.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
