Vacancy – Channel Development Manager (Alternate Channels) - FMCG
Our client is one of the leading brewery companies, owned by a well-known conglomerate in the country.
Competency-fit
As the Channel Development Manager, you are expected to be target oriented, outgoing, organized and should be able to manage a dynamic team of marketers. The ideal candidate should be with a proven track record of leading a team preferably with an exposure in FMCG. Having selected you will have to go beyond the conventional channels and develop alternate marketing channels.
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
· Hands-on experience in FMCG for more than 10 years or five years of similar experience with a bachelor's degree / CIM or equalent qualification.
· Strong leadership and communicational skills.
Candidates of 25-35 years of age will have a definite advantage.
