Requirements
- Age between 35 - 48 years.
- Specialized technical knowledge as a technician.
- Automotive engineer in a workshop.
- A grasp of the fundamental principles of business administration.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high morale among team members.
- High integrity and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to perform surveys and evaluate market.
- Competition information for the service department.
