Project Manager

Insight information Technology, a well-reputed company in Oman, established in 2003 and currently a firm specialized into various IT services. The firm is undergoing an expansion of its offerings, and will therefore require additional workforce to cater for such expansion.
We are in the process of recruiting professional, dynamic, technology savvy individuals.The candidates must possess competitive skills as well as demonstrate earlier work to matchhis skills pool . Key skills shall include the ability manage all regular tasks in relation to the job title in question. Additional skills will be valued to give the candidate a competitive advantage.

Duties

• IT software project management.
• Project analysis, tracking and reporting.
• Business Alignment.
• Financial and budgetary control.
• Leading the team.
• Project risk and communication management.
• Project documentation.
• Generating management-level reports.
• Develop policies, procedures and standards for operational excellence.
• Ensure compatibility and compliance with internal and external standards.

Requirements

• Join the company within a short period.
• Master degree in IT with a minimum of 10 years experience.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with software projects management.
• PMP from PMI or equivalent project management certification.
• ITIL, TOGAF or other IT related certifications are highly valued.
• A sound knowledge in SDLC concepts and application development methodologies.
• Experience in ERP implementation and Mobility applications is desirable.
• Knowledge in cross-platform integration between applications is a plus.
• Knowledge in Statistical applications and survey software is appreciated.
• Knowledge in Business intelligence concepts is a plus.
• Must have positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
