Laundry Technicians

Maritime Placements Limited, looking for a suitable candidate for the post.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within 3 to 5 Star hotel or resort.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
• Technical Certificate or equivalent education required.
• Responsible for repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment in the Laundry, such as electrical equipment’s, steam boilers, press machines, air compressor, dry-cleaning machines, laundry press machines etc.
• Basic knowledge of all mechanical systems.
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance program for all types of laundry equipment’s and keeping record.
• Assist Duty Engineer to prepare spare lists for the laundry & mechanical equipment.
• Complies with hotel Safety, Fire, Hygiene Policy and Procedures.
• Complies with Departmental Standards and Procedure (SOP).
• Ensure that Workshop and related areas are kept in a safe, clean and hygienic condition.
• Flexible to attend all jobs or tasks assigned by the supervisor or managers regarding engineering work.
• Multi-task skills with full knowledge of the laundry equipment’s, repairs and maintenance works.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Responsible for all laundry equipment's PPM and maintain required spares for repair work.
